Terms of Use

BOARD is a market-data product. It indexes public onchain activity for community tokens that trade in a direct pool with a canonical Robinhood Chain Stock Token, and presents rankings derived from that activity. By using BOARD you agree to these terms.

What BOARD is not

BOARD is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. BOARD is not a broker, exchange, custodian or wallet. It never holds your funds, never executes trades and never takes custody of any asset.

Community tokens are third-party tokens

Community coins shown on BOARD are created and traded by third parties. They are not issued, endorsed, vetted or guaranteed by Robinhood or by BOARD. A token appearing on BOARD says only that it met the public qualification rules described in the Methodology. Always verify a contract address through official channels before interacting with it.

Data

Market data is derived from public chain data and third-party providers, and is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; the header states the current freshness of the board. Do not rely on BOARD as your only source for a financial decision.

Accounts and $BOARD Pro

Signing in is optional and handled by our identity provider. Premium features may require holding a minimum balance of the official $BOARD token in a wallet you link. Holding the token buys access to software features only: it is not an investment, carries no promise of profit, yield or buyback, and grants no ownership, equity or governance right unless a separate published policy says otherwise. Access can change if the published threshold or policy changes.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape at volumes that degrade the service, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, probe or attack the infrastructure, or present BOARD data as your own official feed. We may rate limit, suspend or block access to protect the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOARD and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including trading losses, data errors, downtime or reliance on any figure shown. The service is provided as is and as available.

Changes

These terms may change as the product ships. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
